Providing immediate relief is a key part of what Paeonia does, but relief alone isn't enough. We're working on ways to create lasting, sustainable solutions for the communities we serve.
We're developing low-cost, 3D-printed assistive devices for people who need them, from prosthetics and mobility aids to adaptive everyday tools. By printing on demand, we can tailor each device to the person and reach communities that traditional supply chains leave behind.
Traditional assistive technology is prohibitively expensive: a single conventional prosthetic limb can cost tens of thousands of dollars, putting even basic aids out of reach for most families who need them. The WHO estimates that nearly 2.5 billion people need assistive products, yet close to a billion are denied access, largely because they cannot afford them. 3D printing can bring that cost down to a fraction, making these tools genuinely reachable.
